Barbara Kelso is the principal of Kelso Consultants, LLC, based in Austin, Texas. She brings energy solutions, deal structuring and strategic advice to businesses that need practical answers.

Her energy work centers on generators, turbines, transformers and data center power, so businesses can move beyond a strained grid and run on energy they can count on. Her advisory work covers transactions, governance, and tax and entity structuring. She also gives her time to Houston heritage preservation.

Long before any of this, Barbara coined the word CitySpa and opened the first one in Austin, one of the first in the nation. Stars, producers, politicians and local celebrities were among a prestigious clientele who came through her doors. Her promise was simple:
